Microblading is a manual technique that infuses pigment into the sub layer of the skin resulting in ultra-fine hair like strokes resulting in a natural and subtle enhancement. This technique is used to insinuate shape and fill in space areas of the brows.

A client will need a touch up session at least 6-12 weeks after the first initial session to ensure the brows are to the clients liking. I re-map the brows to make sure the symmetry is still on point and make any adjustments on the thickness, color, and strokes on the brows.

In person consultation includes explanation of the procedure and tools used, styles of brows, pigments, pre-care, after-care, after-care supplies, and hands on pre-draw (mapping of brows) to get a feel for the brow shape that would best suit your facial features.

Pre-booking consultation is needed to make sure there are no contraindications for the treatment and that the client does not expect unrealistic results. It also provides an opportunity to explain color options, the difference in healed results and results straight after the treatment, in depth explanation of the entire process start to finish including precare + aftercare, and a visual hands on pre draw to get a feel for the shape of the lips. You can bring in any lipgloss / lipsticks for an exact color match.

A client will need a 6-12 week touchup appointment to help fill in any patchy areas, correct the shape if needed, and build color intensity to lock in the final long lasting look you’re trying to achieve! This appointment also helps me, as the artist, see how your skin healed and retained the pigment.
